so I'm a little confused. does the failsafe have a soul? because from what we've read it's more like it's just gained sentience. having a soul would. make it more human like. like seeing itself as male/female, know right from wrong, ect. ect.don't get me wrong, I live to cold calculating robot thing it's got going on, but I wouldn't say it has a soul...

Overall I like where this fiction is going. I think that there are two possible issues though. first I think it would have been better if he had done some additional upgrades before he attacked Batman like fixing the problem with those power cells and being able to adapt using them. secondly I think rather than trying to make a batman for him to kill, he should instead go out and find one somewhere in the multiverse. it makes sense that somewhere out there is a bad Batman that matches his protocols.
