he could help uzumaki like improve it using modern knowledge or try to recreate some modernity and ninja school, medical, etc.. Mostly to ensure that uzumaki would be his base. I do hope he tries to poach or look for dying clan like those who didn't/could not join any founding village may it be because they have flaws the reason is simply diversity for the uzumaki.(but there is a flaw in my idea since uzumaki is allied with konoha at the moment with a blood bond with mito his plans could be copied or be holt
