Shame that you are just giving this absurd excuses for your poor planning of your story with this kind of plot hole. Most of FF author's plans their story up to 50s or 100s they just don't have the fuel to follow it up. But with kind of plot hole and excuses tsk tsk

Make him able to buy the exclusive jutsus of the other Mangekyo sharingan of the other uchiha {Itachi, Sasuke, Shisui, Obito}
