world rate is the average rating you give the novel while World Background is what's behind the story. That is to say the depth behind a character. I currently use the word's translator. I simply use the translate document function that comes, then I pass it to a proofreader, like grammarly, and finally I give it a quick read. Sadly I still miss many small mistakes.
