In the beggining mc was like an actual soldier fighting and it was really cool watching him Drop in ODST style, Now he’s more like a God on the battlefield is not so much a soldier I believe that’s what the commenter means, For example his first interdimensional contract was really cool watching him defend the breach in the wall with his fellow mercenaries like actual soldiers
