Interesting, I presume this is Defy / Shadow Sect who are interested in him for dual purposes? Although Lin Hao is OC, Soul Qi would be an extremely valuable Gu I would imagine, given how useful Qi Gu are for example Blood Qi etc... and IIRC Shadow Sect have a method to discover Extreme Physiques even if the MC's status was hidden.
