sounds like canon xavier to me. if you make him act more proactively and expose the crimes of the purebloods ppl will be outraged but those in power wont give up. purebloods start fighting back and dumbledore disapproving of him escalating things. he can use his PR to oust dumbledore and rally against the oppressors. then it turns out old families have sorcery books, deals start being made extra dimensionals invade, ancient one says your mess clean it up. hydra starts taking muggleborn giving room for a road into the wider world. voldy made a deal with 'death' hela his soul belongs to her so no funny buisness for others to exploit his horcruxes. hela wants to be free which is what voldy will help with in return, once he starts loosing she increases his blessings making him more of a threat. this gives more than enough leeway to write something interesting, it also plugged a plothole or two
