From what I'm getting at reading this Andrew and his dragon or bounded by soulbound/spirit instead of blood like the Targaryen, with dragon blood, so when Jaehaerys confronted him about it he should tell the truth at least partial. Convince him Andrew was a valyrian In his last life, and that why he could claim his dragon with the magic in his soul/spirit .That's what I think you should do, but I'm not the author, so don't mind me, continue doing what your doing
