I sometimes think if a young UPSC aspirant from India gets transmigrated to the past as PM Nehru on 15 August 1947. This transmigration should've allowed this Soul to have all the memories, wisdom & Knowledge of PM Nehru due to the merger of their Souls. If I had been transmigrated then I would've opted for a different approach & focused on taking decisions that will affect India in the long run as my knowledge of the 21st Century, such as:- (1) Opting for a US-like Presidential system with fixed term limits of:- (a) 2-term for President, Vice-president, State & Lt. Governors with each term of -years (b) 4-term limit for Federal & State Senator o with each term of 6-years. (c) No term limits for Federal & State Reps but with each term limit for 3-years. This is to insure that there is always an inflow of new talent & stable govt for the Nation that won't get dissolved. (2) Creation of Smaller States to avoid extreme regional Identification. (3) Adoption of SANSKRIT & ENGLISH as Official Languages of the Nation. (4) A 3 language formula as per which: (a) SANSKRIT will be the medium of Education & compulsory literature subject from 1st to 12th Std. (b) Regional Language as a compulsory literature subject from 1st to 12th Std (c) ENGLISH as a compulsory literature subject from 6th to 12th Std. (5) Uniform Civil Code & if any community opposes. (6) Prepare Indian Military to thwart Pakistan's invasion of Kashmir & captured their Soldiers & Afghan Mercs. As an act of revenge, should've ordered Indian Army to annex these Territories: Rangpur Divison of East Pakistan to reduce the Chicken Neck corridor weakness. (8) Accepted UNSC Membership (9) Resolved these issues:- (1) Ram Temples, Kashivishwanath & Krishna Jaganthan temple (2) Uniform Civil Code (3) Large scale highway construction (4) River-linking & domestic Water transportation
