This is obviously a stolen work of a Chinese author. This guy is claiming as his own and trying to cash on it through patreon. Also this guy is deleting the other comments to hide it. It is becoming so obvious. I might have understand it. if it was a introduced as a translation work but no this is simply a disgusting tactic to get money from people claiming another person fanfic as his own.
