He could have said that someone might have grafted obitos flesh into them and using his dead friend like a dementd flesh suit, or that dead obito might have been made into some kind of flesh puppet, both should be possible and both have access to the bingo book, pretty sure kakuso could pull something like that out if he tried, just some hope that his dead maybe zombie friend is not a traitor
