The problem is 100% of his strength is from the system and it can take it away any moment. So his whole “I shall train my own strength” and “The system can’t take away my strength” monologue is nonsense. All he does is read books, use system, test out strength of upgraded technique/realm, repeat. He’s literally not even training on his own. It’s impossible for him to have strength left over after the system takes away everything it gave him. Other than like Qi Condensation stage 2, or whatever realm he was at chapter 1.
Abxion:Its not like he can't trust the system, he is wary if the system is temporary or will disappear someday, so he want to have enough strength to still survive. Some novels have the system trick or betray the host, so i can kinda understand.
