He does feel a little to attached to westeros, essos is a far larger and more prosperous continent, but he doesn't seem to pay nearly as much attention to it, lys should also own a large part of the disputed lands but he has completely ignored it. He also takes for granted that the nobles of westeros would allow anyone from essos to establish business in their kingdoms.

The obsession with Oberyn feels kinda sus.
