MC is pretty dumb, should have made it that those things poped the moment he got them. I just can't imagine a smart person having the legendary card and the world card and actually using them, just leave them there, ignore it. Can you imagine changing your world to be DxD? No thanks, even if he did have power he would feel responsible, assuming he is not evil.
