yeah, Lily's potential is indeed better, but unfortunately the author of Danmachi doesn't intend to develop Lily in such a way as Welf is still level 2 until now in his novel. The danmachi story has a very fast plot, because Bell has risen to lv 5 in less than a year which is crazy plus Ryu is lv 6 then there is Aisha lv 4 or 5 and Haruhime who has OP Support skills the rest of the party is only lv 2 but the author is not focused regarding their level development... I hope that in the next volume the author can focus on raising the level of Welf, Lily and the Takemikazuki Children
