I personally think the Story didnt need another villain at this point. it is basically already alliance against the World and floyd against that hunter Organisation(blood something). thats already 2 and now we have this crazy psychic obtaining future knowledge.I would have found it refreshing to have this dude try to start his own harmony with pokemon movement and they could have later competed against each other and ultimately merge at the end.
I don't like the way you are going about his enemies getting his knowledge at all, I mean come on, a dude crashes into some sort of time bubble against a legendary pokemon and gets knowledge of not only who but how a person and not just a random person but the MC craft one of the only advantage he has compared to other people ... I mean it's not like the MC has a gigantic advantage against his enemies, weapons and all are pretty terrifying even against pokemons, why do youjust gave his strenght to his enemies, i don't understand
