Comments of chapter undefined of Saiyan in Warhammer

He could have just said that they were utilizing resources that are meant to be provided for the care of the entire planet and its population. Without the Saiyans, everything would be lost. Therefore, all resources that remain should have gone to the winner of the battle, Fandras. Instead, they were using resources to repair the ships of the Imperium, a party that was not involved in winning the war. This would make their actions similar to stealing the spoils of war. But what is worse is that the only spoils from this war are the resources that remain and taking those away is even more harmful to Fandras and its devastated population.
