It's good, but I don't feel that Itachi serves any purpose in the story. There's no change and probably never will be, given that he saw Aizen's shikamaru in this chapter. Kisuke lost his sword and stopped instead of simply running away. I even feel he's just made things worse and made things easier for Aizen.
