Lol, the author's note is a nice touch. Though I have to say I'm really enjoying this little interlude with Seraphina, Marlina, and Ansel. As much as I like the characterization of Ravenna, I really enjoy reading about the emotions of our characters and Ravenna is sadly rather unemotional :(
I think I get what you're saying. I was using unemotional in the literal sense of the word as someone who doesn't have/express strong feelings (which I think is a pretty apt description of her character). What I'd meant to get across was just that as much as I like Ravenna, I'm definitely partial to Seraphina's expressiveness. It warms my heart :D
solracmar:i won't go so far as to say unemotional. for me, she is more emotionally represented and crazy for her great cause.
it might sound weird , but i think this interlude is equal or even more important than the whole volume 2. you are developing all other characters from volume 1, especially mc, so the novel feels more complete with this. Ravenna.... i think we need some time away from her so that whatever you planned has more impact đ.
in response to Creator's Thought on Ravenna's complaint of less screen time, Me: Please come a little later. I love character Marlina more and would continue to support her strong and pure love and ambition so please come back a little later as I am also enjoying this scenario a lot đ . Thanks for this chapter đ
