I still don't understand his relationship with Rias, first they have somewhat distant normal conversations, we are shown that he has no interest in approaching her and then kissing her and touching her a little, they do not maintain contact until the rating game where he says that it is not his problem that She does not ask him for help to train and he is not obliged to help them and then give Koneko a technique to defeat Reiser, and now again they go from barely meeting to groping her and inviting her to their sect saying that it is the best for her (remembering that said sect is about to fight with the Nordic pantheon).
