I've just had an idea about Rias. Maybe the 3 factions would can proclaim Rias has willed herself to Layla as compensation to help to avoid a war between the Devils and curch/heaven for Diodora's actions

Also, although I doubt Strange dare to leak the "famous angel" is working with devils, it is a matter of time to leak someway. Maybe they should a future explanation. I would suggest something like proclaim they are negotiationg with the moderate faction of the devils
