And she just stood there, waiting patiently instead of attacking Mephisto. This story has taken a downward spiral in quality of plot and MC intelligence. I am genuinely saddened seeing something as unique as this become nothing more than a dime a dozen, ultimately forgettable, fanfic. And it had such potential. I'm sorry if my words are harsh, but it is true.

Lol... I was thinking the same thing while reading this. at first it was like... haha dumb meph sitting there watching Layla power up. .. then Layla goes and chills and let's him power up. SMH

Yeah, it is slightly disappointing that they all just stood there doing essentially letting each other do power ups, though I figure it’s probably to give Mephisto something of a fighting chance. With how weak he apparently is in this avatar, I doubt that he was actually able to truly defeat God, Michael, and Gabriel (or any other powerful individual) without assistance at this point. Afterall, there has to be reason why entire Pantheons haven’t apparently ganged up on him at this point.

I find it Funy how some Readers are conplaining that Mephisto got to Power Up, what you dont realise is that a being like Mephisto is, even as an Avatar, a Planing indevidual that allways has Magic up when he is not in his Realm
