I think I've read something like this the only difference is that the mc decides to kill himself after being rejected and failing to change the heroines even though all of them die in the end and then is transferred to another universe to live as an extra.

not a bad start of a novel for some reason I find the villain side of those novel better they have more humanity less hypocrisy clear goals and most of the times less killing then the protagonists side will do
