You only said they didn't have nothing there, then attacked Juggernaut or Goliath, then new mission is lisa friends parents resuce, I ask you two questions, 1. where is his parents corpses, you didn't collect there corpses, or 2. if they bitten by zombies, they also turn into zombies like that woman in 2nd chapter, and roaming in that area. And you also use wrong warhead, not you put bomb in Minuteman 3, B- for Bombs, W- for Warheads, according to Wikipedia, only active W78, and W87 warheads. I hope you answer my question.
