he really really really needs to hire the best soldiers he can and instead of nuking all these places, just send in various teams of 5 with these suits and plenty of supplies. each team can be steadily killing all the zombies in different areas. plus it's a buy once, use forever strategy .and they can be recalled or placed in different areas as needed🤦🤷. nuking major cities with millions of people/zombies is fine, but it's better to use this method for other less populated areas.
