Comments of chapter undefined of Life As Hikigaya Hachiman

Author, you hadn't done a poll to decide which would be the next manga between chapters 200 to 299 and One Punch Man was chosen (although I find this very strange because in One Punch Man there are many references to other mangas that manga readers hikigaya wouldn't understand why these manga don't exist, since hikigaya will probably still create them)? If so, then why did hikigaya start thinking about making the Destiny manga and the rest of the series along with the Type Moon manga?
