Considering that the Uzumaki can summon a Shinigami, a seal like you invented is not too far off, honestly from the little shown in Naruto about the Uzumaki you can already see that they are probably the second most powerful clan behind only the otsutsuki, even Hashirama and Madara could be sealed.

I mean he has two tailed beast,a modified body made out of the nine tail, uchiha senju hybrid. Pretty sure his lifespan is probably stoll better than the uzumaki even with the life link seal
