The MC should create his own crafting guild (alchemy, scripture etc...) with his knowledge. He could thus make Glory city more powerful (especially his family) while having 100% control over the source of distribution (currently whatever the MC does he will not be able to control those that already exist). It would be a shame to leave the weak city behind like Nilie did when he left for the Dragon Ruins.
