Of course it will truly shine only when he has reached his peak. Which will take a lot of time. He probably plans to create puppet Mystic Human's. Which major tresure do you think Inala will target now ? It's seems like he will get something from the sanctuary but not necessarily the major Treasure. Yenneda with major treasure of Pet could also be considered crazy strong.

He will have a tail which can change to different weapon shapes, with different minerals effects, each mineral effect his stronger then there normal counterparts cause they have been refined using Gold Kinesis art. It seems he also wants to refine the minerals with Gold Kinesis art to the absolute limit and use those nature weapons, some stuff I don't know about, to create something which will be a mix of Kinesis Feline( spirit weapons turned pets )and Mystic eaters( how they are made & controlled ). Seems like he to is going to change from a single unit type to a Army.
