(WARNING) Sorry for the rant near the middle. Amazing work! The pacing in the story is great. Love the concept of 'I'm a spider so what?' Character being an overlord and I can't wait to see what abilities/skills she might have as one. (slight criticism) Kinda weird That you tell about how she met Ainz and the guild but skipped passed the explanation of how she gained their trust. (could be a whole separate chapter honestly) Just giving a chapter on how they quest together and during the quest/mission, you have one of the Overlords question them. You know small stuff at first like when you meet a new player. then after a scene of them fighting together ask a bigger one like why she has such a unique character leading to them explaining that due to being ill the time she played she was given a reward in exchange. Question 1: Do you think you will be bringing other overlords to the new world and giving them (OC) personalities? Question 2: Are you just going to follow the plot of Overlord with slight changes/Main character side plot or Are you going to write your own story with just the world of (New World) as base?
