She either needs to burn/destroy those notes before anyone else sees them which leaves her the only one to understand the original soul's feelings or she could show the notes to her hubby, explain they were written by a young immature girl then burn the notes, and last but not least make new ones with hubby present. The second route might seem like a lot but it's the best option if she really wants to cement her "current" feelings for hubby. l say "current" because the past feelings were not hers. (⁠・⁠_⁠・⁠;⁠)
