Serious he didn't detect any malice? Normally the force gives a subtle warning. Also there should be issues with non jedi passenger survivors being able to control the ship without an extremely skilled slicer. The lifts should be about all they can control without pulling the other jedi out.

it might be interesting for the MC to go to Corelia., this planet will present several advantages for him in the future. Injured clones are studied and have their situation defined according to the extent of their injuries. If it's just an amputated limb, they'll have cybernetic replacements. If longer healing is needed, the clone will be moved to a new location and terminated. Basically, a standing DNR order is on all clones. the MC could save all these clones and create his own fleet once they are cured and their chips removed. Some generals define clones as consumables, so we can also take into consideration that they don't waste their time trying to heal them (Pong Krell or Tarkin for example).
