very long chapter but the story did not progress. the several last few chapters are too slow. Maya could be dead already and MC still find here and find there. so unlike his style. dragging the progress.
He's gonna need some major "cheats" against this vampire because if Maya got stomped that easily, then this vampire is on a whole other level compared to the ones Astron has fought before. Doesn't help that Maya might have been sired already by this guy by the time he gets there.
