I think the system might just be a power for him to be the new god emperor of mankind to save the multiverse. It might even be from the future (like the comments theorize) or from the god emperor himself from the wh40k universe.
I think it is more like the he is taking his role so well that even he isn’t able to distinguish himself now. The more he acts like this the more the chances of him becoming the god emperor
