Just wanna suggest this... Can you add something like an arsenal for torterra for his outer shell at the back? Maybe if he evolves more he can have blastoise cannon attack? That would be cool. Anyways that's just my random thought here's a suggestion you can actually use. He's a turtle right? And when he evolves he only enhances what he already have, still it would be fun to make him a progenitor of the turtle adding unique evolutionary paths open as additional arsenals he could use to fight the kaijus. Here are unique turtles I know. snapping tortoise(A quick bite that would prove dangerous to his enemies.) Alternative for that is the african helmeted turtle(Strong shell on his head that could bring devastating head hooks to kaijus.) A spiky turtle(A part of his shell that prevents enemy kaijus from holding him done or go for a deadly spin like a saw towards his enemies.) or hawkbills sea turtle (making him have sharp or blunt paddle like appendages on his arms that may help him swim faster and can be use as a offensive and defensive appendages.) You can use that in tandem with his unique ability that lets him burst fire out of his body. I hope you like it.
