The author is destroying the plot and story in general. His power should be limited. So he could not get everyone's power. I think, the first Hokage chakra (amount) and body (maybe wood release) coupled with an eye power should be enough to have a good story.

i realize the author is just translating this, but man does the original author have a meandering writing style. he often loses focus on the current story direction and goes off in completely different tangents while ignoring all the things he set up already like they dont matter. feels way too much like bad xianxa at times.
