I can't see Lin Zhin as charismatic at all. He argued in the first group, ridiculed others as a bully, expelled a high ranker who worked hard and in this chapter it was very obvious how he manipulated to get the center position. The characters are becoming more and more stupid for not seeing his true face, because he doesn't even hide it.
