A welcoming start

I enjoyed reading it so far, but found the second part's writing style very different from the first. The tenses jumped all over the place, and there were quite a few capitalization, punctuation, and spelling errors. Some close revision would do wonders, and really help the intriguing concepts of the chapter shine!
