Kieu is being kind of stupid right now, and I can't really understand why, I usually can understand why your other main characters are being stupid, but here I just can't, the only reason I can think of, why Kieu isn't just going to the authorities (and I'm not talking about the PRT, I'm talking about the actual government) is he has some kind of mental block against it? but that's a weak excuse. (despite being in a kid's body, his mind is that of a grown adult) and Now this is why I believe he can go to the authorities without suffering much of, if any, consequences for what he's done. Firstly: from everyone else point of view he's a 13-year-old child. Secondly: he did not do it willingly, he was forced to do it. (though that's somewhat a weak excuse, he still killed someone) Thirdly: a legitimate villain cape (who's famous for being a psychopath) was threatening him. (not directly, but still indirectly) Fourthly: the authorities was already worried about him, (due to the Uber and Leet incident) so they have partial responsibility for what happened. (they did not put him into Witness Protection when they should have) Fifthly: he has his correspondence with Canary on PHO (to prove he was not going with the ABB willingly)
With what? Kieu being stupid for no apparent reason? Yes, that we should drop the novel? No, I personally will continue reading in hopes it gets better, it hasn't quite gotten to the level of being completely hopeless, though it's still close. (if the Author doesn't give a proper reason why Kieu isn't going to the government, I will most likely drop)

I think I’m gonna drop now, tried to stay but i just don’t like the way the plots going and I feel like for a worm cyoa he should have so many more powers or at least should be a lot more powerful unless he took the option where he still has to trigger but then I’m sorry but I can’t wait any longer. Sorry author this isn’t to discourage you, I liked it initially but I can’t carry on reading a worm fic when the protagonist should have probably triggered already, not only because he was shunted into a place he has no idea about where there is alot of f!!!ed up stuff and after where he had to kill someone. And if he already has all his powers how has he got so little when doing a worm cyoa and doing the drawbacks he took. Sorry feel like I’ve ranted, good luck author.
Well, it's a pity that this is another one of nigross' fics, the guy really wrote some good stories but this one is clearly following the level of the two previous ones of unpleasant plot and stupid character. The MC just needs to go to the PRT (since oni lee was involved) and the problem will be solved. Of course, the best would probably be to go to another city to avoid retaliation and obviously ABB saw the video spread, but the video will not be famous for long as gore of this type is always hidden on the web and being at night the footage must be bad. Upon leaving town and receiving witness support, the MC would only need to change his name and wait a few months until the video was forgotten to return to a normal life. He probably doesn't even need to declare himself a Cape to receive help.
Haaah, I waited a chapter to see his response to what happened, but I can’t stand slave mc’s and that looks to be the direction this is going for a good long while, truly last chapter was a make or break moment and this story broke, I waited one more chapter to see what direction you were going afterwards in hopes this would be the wake up call needed for him but it doesn’t seem like that is coming anytime soon and I don’t feel like slogging through the rest of the story to get to the good part, especially when I checked the most recent chapter titles and they don’t seem to be much further along. So i’ll Be moving along instead.
