Comments of chapter undefined of I Can Read People's Comments

If I’m getting this right, the comments are purely information that Theo can see on a panel. You only pick a handful out of the pool of comments to put in the story. And we can’t actually make things happen. We can only slightly control the main character by giving him bits of information, advice, or anything else we can tell him. We can’t say something stupid like, “A dragon suddenly appears” and have a dragon burst into the story.
