While the idea of SSJ5 is interesting I don't think it would work quite like that. SSJ2 and SSJ3 are powered up variations of Super Saiyan. Think of them as forced outputs ways to force more strength out of the form but ultimately its still the same Super Saiyan. A Fully Mastered Super Saiyan Full Power state would enable you to access all that power in the first level without any drawbacks. SSJ4 is a hybrid transformation of SSJ and Oozaru condensed into human form. So I don't think SSJ5 would be a SSJ2 + Oozaru condensed
