super saiyan 4 is the only form that saiyan can achieve by themsevles naturally, since super saiyan god needs a ritual for a head start, or you need whis to train you up from scratch to get the form, and turles base must be huge for him to surpass freeza easily, since super saiyan god at base is guestimated to be 20,000 times base, while super saiyan 4 is around 4-5k times base

Honestly I'm happy you made Cooler truly "cooler". I always wish he replaced Frieza. Frieza is a MID most of the time in cannon.
