his fireball skill is at S rank mastery but still has high mana consumption and it still has 2 seconds chant, the chant shout be cut off because the higher the mastery the lesser the chanting. The grammar is okay the background was written elaborately but as I've said the mana consumption and the chanting hold be corrected.
