Well I’m glade to have a new chapter but don’t push yourself. Just out of curiosity how long do you think it’ll take you to get back to a regular schedule?

Well, you misunderstood what I meant. I'm going to resolve the major issue of the God Continent by volume 5, just the baseline at least, and then everything continues in a sequel with Lumiere and everyone from the original cast. It's basically just writing the story to a thousand chapters and then breaking it into two books, I'm not going to make any of the storytelling cheap. I just plan to start the sequel in a way that new readers can follow along and old readers continue Lumiere's journey.
GodOfDeath1999:Sorry I don't quite understand you plan to end the series in volume 5 and then make a sequel continuing the main story? Would this still follow Lumiere's adventure or would there be another protagonist? Personally I'm if the opinion that this novel has a long way to go until it's finished Lumiere's goal to to transform the world and eventually take Serena's fathers position which Lumiere still has barley started to achieve that . I believe you also mentioned that you wanted Lumiere to go to other continents which would take awhile. If you want to split this into two books that's fine spirit cultivation did the same thing when the protagonist moved to a higher realm I think that could work if you do it for the new continent that Lumiere visits next. But the mc still has a lot to do at the academy, he needs to deal with a certain NEET demon, fight Merlin's crazy sister, become more intimate with his family, etc. And that's still going to take 1-4 more volumes so ya I don't think your going to finish this in volume 5 realistically speaking.
