Time travel is always bad, it has just tendency to ruin stories. It's just total hack, besides, if he takes stuff from past, it would mean he's just taking stuff he could take in present time. I mean if he drink cup of coffee that on table in past, it would be empty in his present. Meaning it doesn't matter if he just drinks the cup in present instead. Overall, author is already laying on cheats and op super thick, why is there need for more?
