Okay so I'm going in a completely different sirection with mu comment, buuuuuuut there was a "mafia" tag in the description page of this book. It would be hilarious if R&R's dad was some (maybe retired) Mafia big shot, who is ruthless and can fool anyone... but is unable to lie to his daughters. He could have distanced himself from R&R because of that and maybe their mom died because of him.Aaah what a theory. I'll wait to see how far off the mark I am. 😂

Why don't they ever talk about their mom? I hope Raya tells Dex about Lawson soon.
