I had 2 ideas and suggestions for you about this system, that could help the empire become even more utopic and progressive. 1- Elysianne could move her church to this continent(with Maximus permission) and establish it through the system and use her goddess authority to "watch" and "regulate" the matrimonial vows of the empire. If a couple is monogamic, poly, or one sided poly(harem), they could put this setting on their account which should be accepted by both sides from their soul, and must stick to it. Cheating would be a crime and the cheater would be cursed by Elysianne until they pay off this karmic debt of heartbreak and truly feel remorse and work for it; And on the other hand, the more loving and loyal a couple is the more they receive her blessings as a reward to make them happy. (which would in turn speed up the process of Elysianne becoming stronger). 2- Karmic blessing, the more virtuous and beneficial to the society a citizin lives the more they will be blessed BUT, it can't be artificial, for example a rich guy blowing up his money to help others, even if he gained karmic points it would be in no way compared to a true virtuous act like a poor child sacrificing it's food to feed someone else, or a person helping another out of their own genuine heart and empathy towards another plight.
