Far to cringey, and the fact he hasn't read her mind still annoys me. It just doesn't make sense, he waited for the perfect host because symbiotes take personality traits from their first host, however to do that they need to read their mind, the fact he hasn't means that him not bonding to the rabbits in the first place made no difference at all as he could have just chosen no to read their minds.
