As a non-Boruto fan, I say that, just like Dragon Ball Super, power balancing was completely forgotten, leaving a big void of why they didn't do it? I mean, if Boruto and Kawaki are infected by Kama, why didn't Sasuke use the Human Path to remove them? That doesn't even make any sense..... If I were you, I'd go to Naruto, and hunt down Amado before he created Eida, that way I'd make sure she wasn't interested in Kawaki, and kill Ishikki right away. (Ps: Also do yourself a favor, create a skill that envelopes it, to prevent it from being seen by clairvoyants, or Oracles).
