I honestly don't know esdeath is this much op and if she is this much op i think there is no chance she could even be defeated by akame with muramasa as muramasa doesn't strengthen the user but for esdeath she herself became teigu and if you say she has broken limits then there is a evolution teigu which can become like a immortal god by breaking limits this many times
